La nostra storia

Il Ristorante Centrale nasce il 31 Dicembre 1892, nel cuore di Cremona, ai piedi del Torrazzo, in uno dei vicoli più caratteristici della città del violino. La nostra conduzione di tipo famigliare, iniziata il 2 maggio 1960, offre un'ambiente adatto a famiglie e compagnie, per spensierati momenti gustosi arricchiti dai sapori di una volta.

Proponiamo, ai cremonesi DOC ed ai turisti, un ristorante che, pur seguendo la necessaria modernità, mantiene intatta la tradizione gastronomica cremonese, secondo i gusti della fondatrice Flora Norma Ruggeri, affiancata successivamente dal marito Sergio Marelli e dal fratello Fermo.

Oggi, FRANCA, la figlia di Flora e Sergio, insieme a VINCENZO, lo gestisce con passione e dedizione ed è lieta di avervi come suoi graditi ospiti.

Ristorante Centrale was born in 1892, in the heart of Cremona, near the Torrazzo, in one of the most characteristic street of the town of the violin. Our family-style management, which began in 1960, offers an environment suitable for families and companies, for nice moments enriched by the flavors of the past. We propose, to the Cremonese DOC and tourists, a restaurant that, while following the necessary modernity, keeps intact the Cremonese gastronomic tradition, according to the tastes of the founder Flora Norma Ruggeri, later joined by her husband Sergio Marelli and her brother Fermo. Today, FRANCA, Flora and Sergio's daughter, together with VINCENZO, runs it with passion and dedication and is delighted to have you as her welcome guests. Our staff: DANIELA, in the KITCHEN and in the dining room MARA, with us for 9 years, assisted by GLORIA, SARA and MARCO, also with us for several years.

 
 

La Sala Ristorante

Caratterizzata per sobrietà e luminosità, grazie alle grandi vetrate che si affacciano su Vicolo Pertusio, è la sala principale dove ospitiamo i nostri clienti per pranzare e cenare e dove anche i turisti possono sentirsi coccolati in un'atmosfera che solo le viuzze del centro storico sanno regalare.

The Dining Room The main dining hall is characterized by simplicity and light, thanks to the big windows that face Via Petrusio. Here, guests can dine in the typical atmosphere of the small alleys of the city.
